Wholesale Return Policy
Returns/Credit
- Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original invoice.
- Please contact Create IT customer service to review and manage all return requests.
- All products must be returned unopened and free of any permanent markings or stickers.
- All product returns less than 30 days since invoice and in resaleable condition will receive a full credit.
- All product returns over 30 and up to 120 days past invoice date and in resaleable condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted on product over 120 days past invoice date.
- Merchandise must be received by Create IT before a credit can be granted.
- Credit may take up to 30 days to be processed. All credits will be applied to your account.
- Product returned that is unsaleable will not be given credit.
- Promotional Products and New Intro Packages are Non-Refundable.
Exchanges
- Products received in error or damaged as a result of shipping will be exchanged and shipped at no cost.
Non-Returnable Product
- Product that has been defaced or altered in anyway may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker.
- Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
- Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
- Promotional, Prepacked Intro Kits, and Free Items are not eligible to be returned for credit.
